Parents or guardians are not always available, and students may not be able to travel home. Membership provides coverage for families during these difficult situations, giving them the option to access services when needed.

How does Emergency Contact Service work?

Private drivers pickup students same-day and transport to a hotel nearby
Qualified Chaperones greet and check them in to their room
- SHA uses "all-suites" hotel properties (Hilton or Marriot) only
24hr care provided based on school requirements for return to campus
Health reports are sent to parent and school 2x per day
Private drivers pickup at hotel and bring students back to school
