If students get injured or require post-surgery support off campus, SHA will assign a medically-trained Chaperone to provide 24hr care and support during their recovery.  They will also assist with doctor’s appointments and handling of medical records for the student, as well as communicate with doctors on the family’s behalf.  Parents will receive daily health logs with updates from the Chaperone about their recovery.
