Designed like an insurance policy, all plans include free 24hr coverage for school emergencies and access to our network of safe, reliable services. Parents receive an official guardianship agreement and membership certificate, allowing you to list SHA as your student's local guardian and emergency contact at school.
Free same-day pickup is guaranteed, and a certified pre-screened Chaperone will be assigned to care for your student based on their specific needs.

Who will be my student's guardian?
SHA has a network of certified local hosts surrounding each school. When an emergency happens, hosts are assigned based on availability, and matched with each student according to their specific needs. This allows SHA to be available 24/7, and provide the best possible care for students.
What coverage is included with membership?
All memberships provide coverage for the first 24hrs of all emergency services FREE! Including same-day pickup, overnight accommodations in either a homestay or hotel and 24hr supervision from a certified host.
What happens when there's an emergency at school?
The school will contact our support team and we will arrange all services needed for your student. We handle all communication between families and schools, so parents will always know what's happening with their student prior to pickup.
How do I request a service?
Emergency services will be arranged automatically and coordinated with your school. All other off-campus services can be booked through your SHA member account, or from the Services Page on our website.

*Early cancellation or non-payment for more than 30 days will result in remaining balance for 10-month period becoming due immediately + $300 cancellation fee. If remaining balance is unpaid for more than 60 days, SHA will contact school for assistance with collecting payment (grades and/or transcripts may be withheld until balance is paid in full)
Registration Deadline: September 15, 2026
Memberships cannot be purchased after the annual deadline or
at the time of an emergency. Students must be registered
in advance in order to access services and coverage.
*All Emergency Services after the first 24hrs billed separately based on the daily rate of $450/day once services have been completed. Non-Emergency services booked and purchased separately.
