"Register Now, Pay Later" ($500 total cost to school) - $500 registration fee due up front. Final bill sent to school by September 15 for total # students added to plan
"Pay Minimum Only" ($0 total cost to school) - No registration fee! SHA will bill school for the minimum # students required for plan (only) and then a final invoice by September 15 for additional students added
"SHA Direct Bill to Families" ($1500 total cost to school) - $1500 registration fee (only) paid by school in advance. Then SHA will bill families directly when added to plan

No payment will be collected now. An invoice will be sent separately based on the billing option selected
