"Selective Plan": 10-49 students ($550 per family)
"Comprehensive Plan": 50+ students ($399 per family)

Your GAP account will be activated with the estimated # of seats entered in next section. You can add more seats if needed anytime before Sept 15

"Bill To School" - School pays annual fees on behalf of families. Final invoice sent to school by September 15
"Bill To Families" - Families pay annual fees during registration process once school adds to GAP account (+$25 processing fee per family)

No payment will be collected now. All annual fees are due by September 15 and before coverage or services can be provided to students.
