"Selective Plan": 10-49 students ($550 per family)
"Comprehensive Plan": 50+ students ($399 per family)

SHA will activate your GAP account with the estimated # of seats entered in next section (you can always request more seats if needed before Sept 15)

Select Your Billing Option: *

"Bill To School" - Families pay annual fees through school accounts, tuition or boarding fees each year. SHA will send final bill to school by Sept 15 for total balance due once all fees are collected
"SHA Direct Bill to Families" (+$25 per family) - Families pay annual fees (+$25) during registration process once school adds to GAP account

No payment will be collected now. An invoice will be sent separately based on the billing option selected
