Designed like an insurance policy, membership provides coverage for school emergencies and access to our network of safe, reliable off-campus services. Parents receive an official membership agreement & certificate, allowing them to list SHA as their student's guardian and emergency contact at their school.
Same-Day pickup is guaranteed, and certified, pre-screened Chaperones are assigned to provide 24hr care based on the specific needs of each student.

Who will be my student's guardian?
SHA has a network of certified local hosts surrounding each school. When an emergency happens, hosts are assigned based on availability, and matched with each student according to their specific needs. This allows SHA to be available 24/7, and provide the best possible care for students.
What coverage is included with membership?
All memberships provide coverage for the first 24hrs of all emergency services FREE! Including same-day pickup, overnight accommodations in either a homestay or hotel and 24hr supervision from a certified host.
What happens when there's an emergency at school?
The school will contact our support team and we will arrange all services needed for your student. We handle all communication between families and schools, so parents will always know what's happening with their student prior to pickup.
How do I request a service?
Emergency services will be arranged automatically and coordinated with your school. All other off-campus services can be booked through your SHA member account, or from the Services Page on our website.

In order to comply with all boarding schools' requirements for local guardians to be able to provide pick up and overnight accommodations at any time during the 2026-27 academic year (including holidays and breaks) all membership plans now include access to both Emergency and Off-Campus (previously "premium") services.

Includes access to our trusted Emergency Contact Service and allows SHA to act as your student's guardian in case of emergencies during the 2026-27 school year.
