SHA has developed a proprietary "Advocate Network" that includes: screened chaperones, vetted drivers/transportation and various accommodation partners to provide safe, "parent-like support" specifically for students.
Services are priced at discounted rates, accessible (exclusively) through SHA's trusted networks and available to registered members only.
The "membership" allows SHA to verify information that is required to provide any needed care for your student in the event of an emergency. It also gives them access to premier services & support while attending school.
When you download a new membership, you will (instantly) have an Emergency Contact for your student and a certificate to send to your school.
You will also receive instructions with a link to complete & sign your secure Guardianship Agreement allowing SHA to provide care for your student.
Our 24/7 support team will arrange any service that is requested throughout your membership period, required by the School, or needed in an emergency.

The "Membership" is 100% refundable up until the point the student arrives on campus, or receives any services from SHA or its providers. Once any SHA service has been delivered as part of the membership, the cost of the membership cannot be refunded. Memberships are also non-transferrable and expire at the end of the membership period listed on your certificate.
If your student arrives late (more than 60 days after academic year/semester "start date") due to COVID-19 or travel restrictions, SHA will extend the membership period to include one (1) additional Half-Year or semester for FULL and Half-Year memberships, up until the end of the current academic year. Due to different start dates at each school, we can not issue pro-rated refunds for late arrivals.
Payments for any booked services, such as transportation and hotel rooms, are refundable up to 30 days after payment is made as long as the service has not been used. SHA will refund 100% of the payment for services canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the service, e.g., pick up time for transportation to the airport. Refunds will not be provided for paid services that are canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time. Refunds for booked services that the student has partially utilized will be refunded on a prorated basis, including a processing fee. Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receiving the request.
