Same-day pickup and (up to) 2 nights in private hotel suite with 24hr adult supervision by a certified caregiver. Hotel accommodations at SHA-approved Hilton or Marriot properties. All meals, medicine, snacks and drinks provided. Completed SHA Membership Agreement required prior to pickup.

Contract expires when services are completed. May be extended for longer than 2 nights upon request – based on availability and pre-payment of $850/day all-inclusive rate. No refunds or discounts for services provided for less than 2 nights.
Description
Same-day pickup and transportation to approved SHA hotel (Hilton or Marriot) provided by private car service. Chaperone will meet student upon arrival at hotel, check them into their room and provide any care or medicine needed to make them comfortable. Chaperones are available 24hrs a day and will send daily reports to parents with notes about their student. SHA concierge team will coordinate all reservations and communication with families and schools.
